Andrea Elson

Andrea Hope Elson is an American former actor. Elson started her career as an actor in her early years and as model. Her most well-known role is for her role as Alice Tyler in the CBS Science-fiction show. Andrea was picked to portray Lynn Tanner in the popular show ALF in 1986. The actress was a regular in a variety of TV shows as well as Movies of the week before she decided to retire from the entertainment industry. Andrea Elson was playing Lynn Tanner as the teenage daughter Kate and Willie during a time in which she went through a rough time. People published an article where Elson outlined how hard it was for her to transition into an aspiring young woman and then appear on the sitcom. When she was in New York City in 1969 Elson grew up into a world that revolved around travel because her advertising father was a salesman who traveled. Before she was ten years old she had lived in New York Chicago San Diego as well as Los Angeles. Andrea was able to win her first performance in San Diego after she got an agent. Fusco explained the decision by saying "ALF has a lifespan of 285 years which means he's mature enough to be able to consume beer." ALF became more and more well-known among kids, so NBC told Fusco not to drink because kids were watching. Fusco is a bad role model. Fusco was of the opinion that ALF was mature enough to not drink and drive was wrong. In 1995, he was diagnosed with lymphoma. He was treated successfully and remained in remission until 2019. He passed away from the illness on the 26th of June, 2019 aged 75 in the Lillian Booth Actors Home in Englewood New Jersey.
