Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy was born in Miami Florida on 16 April 1996. Dennis Alan Taylor is a retired banker. Jennifer Marina Joy is a psychology. The father of her is Argentine, of Scottish-English heritage. Her mother is Spanish-English. Taylor Joy is the youngest of four brothers and sisters, with one coming from each of her parents' previous marriages. They were originally from Buenos Aires, but moved to Victoria when Taylor-Joy turned 6. Taylor Joy says that moving to England was extremely stressful. She refused to learn English and hoped she could relocate back to Argentina. Hill House was the new school she had to attend following her departure from Northlands. She later enrolled at Queen's Gate School where she was a ballet student and performed in school productions. After 16 she quit school in order to take on acting as a profession. Taylor-Joy was destined to be an actor from a young age. The realization of her dreams came after Sarah Doukas, the founder of Storm Management offered her a modeling job.
